General

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the following terms and conditions apply to all transactions between the licensed snowboard guide Andreas Margotti and the customer. The activity of the licensed snowboard guide Andreas Margotti includes in particular services such as the teaching of skills and knowledge of skiing (snowboarding area) as well as the guiding and accompanying of snowboarding and skiing.

registration

Registration can be made in writing, by telephone, by e-mail or by e-form via the website. Early registration is recommended. Short-term registrations are possible for free places. After registration, you will receive a written confirmation and detailed information about the booked program.

When booking a package, the down payment of 10% of the travel price is due on the organizer's account. Only then can we guarantee a fixed deadline. The remaining amount can also be transferred 1 week before the start of the course or tour, or paid directly in cash.

resignation

According to the Austrian travel cancellation conditions every participant can withdraw at any time. Decisive is the written receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the organizer. If the customer withdraws from the contract with Andreas Margotti the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start 10% of the travel price

Cancellation until 2 weeks before the start 50% of the travel price

Cancellation after expiry of the 14 days 75% of the travel price

No-shows will incur 100% of the total travel price.

For packages the cancellation fees apply according to ARB1992.

Disclaimer

The instructions of the ski guide must be strictly and strictly followed. A risk of injury can not be completely ruled out despite the most careful planning on our part. Each participant acknowledges that there is always a residual risk of injury, for which we assume no liability.

Minimum number of participants

The organizer reserves the right to cancel camps up to 7 days prior due to bad weather conditions or insufficient number of participants. Day programs can be canceled until the evening before, due to bad weather conditions. Advance payments will be refunded in full.

program changes

The organizer reserves for reasons such as bad conditions, avalanche danger etc. or lack of condition of the participants to modify the program if necessary.

jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes arising from this contract, the competent court at the registered office of the organizer is exclusively responsible (District Court Montafon).

Austrian law applies.
